Incredible Hulk #449 CGC 9.4 1st Appearance of The Thunderbolts (Marvel Comics 1996).
This comic is titled ‘Introducing the Thunderbolts’, where The Thunderbolts attach Hulk and Janis; inuring Hulk in the process. He breaks the wall of a dam to distract the Thunderbolts. In the end we see Hulk fall to his knees, grabbing his chest. This is a Direct Edition. Cover art by Mike Deodato Jr. Interior art by Deodato Jr., Tom Wegrzyn and Glynis Oliver. Story by Peter David.
