1897 3c on half of 5c blue, the Kuala Lipis manuscript provisional, divided diagonally with this being the left half, used on a front to Singapore.  The front is scruffy, creased and stained; the stamp is tied by brownish R(aub) CDS and also by PANJOM MINING COMPANY LIMITED straight-line chop.  Despite the issues, a rare commercial usage of these bisects.  SG 18d
