Mengani.  1930-40 Revenue 1a ultramarine bottom marginal used on document, tied by manuscript.  Stitched to the document are four Cash Coupons in black, printed on card from the same Dies as the Revenue stamps, each with manuscript 'cancelled'. A splendid document.  K&M 31a  
  
XXX Italics please - The 1a Revenue stamp is the only value known used.  The Cash Coupons, being printed from the same Dies as the Revenues, were of course inscribed 'Revenue' and hence deemed allowable as such  XXX
