Official. 1894-99 Elephant 3p to 2a "On S. S. S." overprints as SG Type 13, range on pages and stockcard, 29 stamps, including sets (2) with normal opts, set with inverted opts, 3p and 6p inverted opts in vertical strips of 5 and 4, a few comma, raised stop and inverted "S" varieties noted, mostly fine with gum (one with bogus barred cancel).
