1896 ½a black on blue green, with control handstamp in blue and four large margins. A couple of minor thin spots from hinge removal characteristic of this fragile issue, nevertheless a most attractive example of this key stamp, ranking amongst the finest of the five recorded by us, of which one is affixed to piece and cut into, and another defective. A wonderful stamp of the highest rarity and importance. BPA Certificate 2021.
