1939-46 1½a deep violet, tied to printed "On Dungarpur State Service Only." cover (with oval embossed arms in blue on flap) by fine CDS (date obscure), with semi-circular due mark at upper left. Typical minor blemishes (cover with unobtrusive spike hole and wrinkles), still a very fine cover, and a rare type of envelope.  SG 13
