Court Fee: 1872 1a to 1000r set of 21 Colour Standards in lower right corner blocks of six, eight or 10, each overprinted 'Cancelled' and showing PLATE NUMBER and marginal inscriptions. Values to 2r are normal overprinted sheets, and from 4r upwards, plate proofs in black, with an example of the correct colour adhered in the margin. A few plate proof values with toning, though a unique and spectacular set in this positional form.
