A chance to own a unique Aviation Archive model - this is the pre-production sample of the newly released 1:48 scale model of the Eurofighter Typhoon FGR.4 operated by the Eurofighter Display Team. Known as 'Blackjack', this model features some subtle differences in paint colouration and finish from the final production model that is now on store shelves. It is supplied in the original box which depicts the previous release from this tooling.
The Eurofighter Typhoon is a highly advanced multirole fighter jet developed by a consortium of European nations, including the UK, Germany, Italy, and Spain. First introduced in the early 2000s, it is designed for both air-to-air combat and air-to-ground missions. The Typhoon is renowned for its agility, speed, and advanced avionics, including an active electronically scanned array (AESA) radar. With a top speed exceeding Mach 2, it is one of the most capable fighter jets in the world.
