Very fine and fresh unfolded double rate late fee entire to Cadiz, postage prepaid by a 1s Green cancelled by a London City "45" roller numeral, the late fee payment prepaid by a 1d Rose red Pl.60, unusually cancelled by a black oval "PD" (Paid to Destination) handstamp. Backstamped with a London dispatch cds for AU.21.1861, the obverse showing a blue Cadiz/Franco arrival datestamp for the 27th. 1991 RPS Cert.
