1902 2½d Ultramarine (Board of Education). Very fine used example on an OHMS Board of Education, South Kensington envelope to Naples tied by a London S.W. /54 duplex for NO.13.1903. Naples receiving cds on reverse for the 16th. Some peripheral toning nevertheless a very rare departmental cover. Ex Michael Astley Collection.
