1897 2½d on 1s dull lilac, type 11 surcharge, fine large part o.g. with true colour. Far above average for this very scarce stamp. Only 213 printed of the basic type 11, and many were water-stained. This example from R2/8 of the setting. Ex Cramer, with BPA (1990) and RPS (1967) certs.
