1913-23 pair of novelty postcards, one franked by ½d tied by Congleton cds for MY 30, the other by ½d (2) and tied by Blackpool cds for 6 AU and 1d postage due tied by Manchester cds, both depicting images of a dog with beads for eyes and ribbon attached and thus struck with ‘1d To Pay, Liable to Letter Rate' and ‘1d To Pay’ marks.&nbsp;
