Ridgewell (William Leigh, 1881-1937) British Pencil And Ink Art Of Conductor.Original pencil and ink art of ‘Our Local Porter’. British humour cartoon from 1930s. Signed Ridgewell in bottom left corner. Stamped on reverse, Aug 1931. Taped onto card with an off white border, mold spots on border.&nbsp;Measurements: Border approx. 16.75" x 21".
