The Naval General Service Medal, 1793-1840, one clasp, Guadeloupe awarded to Midshipman, later Commander, Hugh Price who served aboard H.M.S. Forester, the Rolls state that he was also entitled to the Clasp Martinique. (Hugh Price , Midshipman.), toned very fine (1)

Retired 1829 (?) Given Honorary rank of Commander in 1830, Remained on the Reserve until 1867 given the full rank of Commander 24th July 1862
Last known address 82 Grove Street Liverpool.
Entitled to the Naval General Service Medal, 1793-1840 with two clasps Martinique and Guadeloupe. Served on H.M.S. Forester during both actions. However Medal is as issued.
