Victorian 1871 Pattern Helmet of the Hampshire Carabiniers, fine example with silver plated shell, laurel spray lower band below starburst helmet plate with gilt metal crowned strap with regimental details within and silvered Hampshire rose to centre. Hampshire rose side bosses with linked leather backed chinstrap. Cruciform spike base with a fluted spike leading to white horse hair plume with rosette top mount.
