Stratford‑on‑Avon, Skidmore’s mule Halfpenny undated, Draped bust of Shakespeare left, rev. Spence 9-line advertisement, edge plain, 29mm/10.14gm. (DH 321). Another mule with rev. Pandora’s breeches on fire, 29mm/10.39gm. (DH 322). Another mule dated 1796 with rev. two boys on a turnstile, 29mm/10.67gm. (DH 323), all good Extremely Fine, first toned, second with trace of mint lustre, third with much original lustre. All rare. [3]
