Bungay, Samuel Prentice (grocer) Halfpenny 1795, Justice standing on a pedestal, rev. View of the ruins of Bigod’s castle edge PAYABLE BY SAMUEL PRENTICE .x.x., 27.5mm/10.72gm. (DH 23). Another the same but edge diagonally milled, 29.5mm/10.06gm. (DH 23b). Another the same but edge diagonally milled over DH 23b edge, 28mm/10.95gm. (DH 23c). Another similar but with date 1796 over castle, edge PABLE BY SAMUEL PRENTICE .x.x., 28mm/10.44gm. (DH 24). Another the same but edge diagonally milled over DH 23 edge, 27.25mm/ 11.35gm. (DH 24b), all good Extremely Fine and all with considerable amounts of original colour, especially first two which are almost full lustre.
