Bath, Mary Lambe & Son Farthing 1794, View of India House, rev. Tea bale, edge plain and rounded, 24mm/4.47gm. (DH 111). Another the same but in brass, 24mm/4.50gm. (DH 111). Another also in brass but rev. ‘L’ cypher, edge milled, 23.5mm/4.62gm. (DH 112). Another but edge plain and rounded, 24mm/4.45gm. (DH 112a), DH 111 brass almost Extremely Fine and yellow toned, others good Extremely Fine and lustrous ‑ first totally so., two off‑metal pieces extremely rare [4]
Two brass pieces ex F S Cokayne Col., his tickets, DH 111 ex Fredrick Lincoln No. 1 Col. sold Glendining’s 12 Feb 1934; from AHB 16 May 1934 for 3/6; DH 112 bought 7 Sep 1903 for 5/-; Acquired AHB c. 1946.
