Bath, Mary Lambe & Son brass Halfpenny 1794, View of India House, rev. Camel standing left, rayed sun above, edge PAYABLE BY X M LAMBE & SON -----, 29mm/10.78gm. (DH 50). Another the same, brass but edge diagonally milled, 30mm/10.24gm. (DH 50g), first good Very Fine and toned, second good Extremely Fine with golden lustre, both extremely rare ‘RRR’ in this off‑metal. [2] 

Both ex F S Cokayne Col., his tickets, first ex Fredrick Lincoln No. 1 Col. sold Glendining’s 12 Feb 1934; from AHB 16 May 1934 for 3/6. Acquired AHB c. 1946.
