Norwich, Robert Campin (haberdasher) Halfpenny 1793, Stocking, glove knife and fork, rev. Britannia in the form of Hope sitting by globe, edge plain, 29mm/10.06gm. (DH 20b). Another but dated 1794, 28.5mm/9.80gm. (DH 21). Another the same but edge PAYABLE AT T JENNINGS SPALDING 7 HOLBEACH -X-, 28.5mm/9.85mm. (DH 21a). Another but edge plain 29.5mm/9.66gm. (DH 21d), DH 20b Extremely Fine and toned, DH 21 and 21a better with traces of lustre, DH 21d especially lustrous – almost proof‑like, DH 20b and 21a Extremely rare ‘RRR’. [4] First Ex. F S Cokayne Col., his ticket, bought 18 Apr 1905 for 3/-. Acquired AHB c. 1946; Third bought Baldwins c. 1990 for £200, sold Lockdales Jun 2018.
