York, James Carlill (watchmaker) Halfpenny 1796, bust of Constantine the Great left holding sceptre, rev. Arms of York in oaken wreath, edge PAYABLE AT YORK, 29mm/11.70gm (DH 69). Another the same but bronzed proof, 29mm/11.79gm. (DH 69), both good Extremely Fine, first with some original colour, second toned and proof-like with much iridescence, both rare. [2]
