Bedale, James Metcalf, Skidmore's Halfpenny 1792, Another from the same dies but edge plain, 31.25mm/10.63gm. (DH 9c). Another from the same dies but bronzed, 31.1mm/9.95gm. (DH 9c), both good Extremely Fine, first with some original lustre and much iridescence, second with good subdued bronze lustre and an extremely rare variety ‘RRR’. [2]
