The King's Medal For Service in the Cause of Freedom, unnamed as issued , edge bump 8 O’ clock obverse, lightly toned very fine (1)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Instituted on the 23rd of August 1945 and issued to foreign civilians who helped the allied war effort in safer ways such as fundraising and organising ambulance service. Only 2490 were issued.
