The Mercantile Marine Royal Army Medical Corps Group of three awarded to Algernon, known as Arthur Thomas, Draper comprising, 1914-1918 Mercantile Marine War Medal, (Arthur T. Draper) and 1914-1920 British War and Victory Medals (110579 Pte. A.T. Draper. R.A.M.C.), lightly toned very fine, (3)
Algernon, known as Arthur,(Service Records Confirm) a Marine Steward from Colchester Essex was Conscripted for Army Service on the 2nd of March 1916 and was Called up on the 5th of April 1917, landing in France one month later on the 18th of May 1917 as a Q.Q.Q. reinforcement. And was Posted to 30 General Hospital on the 23rd of May 1917. He was finally demobilised on the 27th of December 1919
