William IV (1830-37), Halfcrown 1834, bare head right, W. W on truncation in script for Wyon, legend reads GULIELMUS IIII DG BRITANNIAR REX FD. Rev, crowned shield of arms over mantle, legend reads ANNO – 1834 (S.3834; Bull.2478; ESC.662). Light tone showing signs of iridescence in the periphery, portrait with all the main lines in the hair with minimal contact marks or detracting factors, reverse prooflike.
