Victoria (1837-1901), Pattern Florin, 1848. Laureate Head left, date under truncation, rev. inter-linked emblems of the kingdoms, plus the Prince of Wales' plumes, around and piercing the Royal Cypher 'VR', all within a quatrefoil, denomination above and below central motif (Bull.2925; ‘R2’ ESC.893). About as struck, some marks and minor bruise. Graded and encapsulated by NGC as PF58.
