Victoria (1837-1901), Maundy sets [2], 1898, Four, Three, Two and One Penny, each with old head bust left, T.B below truncation for designer Thomas Brock, legend and toothed border surrounding, VICTORIA DEI GRA BRITT REGINA FID DEF IND IMP. Rev, crowned mark of value with date either side all within oak wreath (S.3943; Bull.3556; ESC.2513). Varied condition and tone on both sets, generally very fine to extremely fine, several pieces retaining their mint radiance and bloom. [2 sets]
