Charles II (1660-85), Crown, 1673, third laureate and draped bust right, reads CAROLVS II DEI GRATIA. Rev, crowned cruciform shields interlinked Cs in angles, garter star at centre, eight strings to Irish harp, date flanking top crown, MAG BR FRA ET HIB REX, edge inscribed in raised letters and dated VICESIMO QVINTO (S.3358; Bull.390; ESC.47). Toned, some contact marks and surface wear in line with the grade. Bold fine.
