Description
Crowned bearded second bust facing, rose at end of obv. legend. Rev, long cross fourchée over quartered coat of arms, lis in forks, rose after TAS, lis before BRIS, 2.20gm (S. 2372; N. 1846). Good Fine, a nice example of the debased silver being worn away to reveal the copper alloy underneath, which earned Henry the nickname ‘Old Coppernose.'
