Description
Crowned facing bust within tressure of nine arcs, large fleur on six cusps, initial mark sun and rose 2 both sides, legend reads RICARD DI GRA REX ANGL Z FRANC. Rev, long cross pattée, trio of pellets in each inner angle, twin concentric legends and beaded circles surrounding, CIVITAS LONDON / POSVI DEVM ADIVTORE MEVM, 3.04gm (S. 2157; N. 1679). A little short of flan and slightly waved, nevertheless Good Very Fine and well struck, scarce.
