Description
DN VALENTINI-ANVS P F AVG, diademed, helmeted and cuirassed bust left, holding spear and shield decorated with horseman motif. Rev. VICTOR-E-S AVGVSTI, Valentinian and Gratian seated facing, holding globe between them, Victory flying above, crowning them, TROB in exergue. (RIC 16b). Very Rare. Extremely Fine. Slightly wavy flan. Possibly the finest known and only three others present on CoinArchives, all of inferior quality.
