George II (1727-1760), Shilling, 1745, old laureate, draped and cuirassed bust left, rev. four crowned shields cruciform, roses in angles, eight strings to harp, obliquely milled edge, (Bull 1722, ESC 1204; S.3702). Very fine, light golden tone.
