Seleucid Empire, Antiochos II Theos (261‑246 BC) AR Tetradrachm, mint of Myrina, 16.95g. Diademed head of Antiochos I facing right (‘rejuvinated’ portrait). Rev. ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ – ΑΝΤΙΟΧΟY, Herakles, holding club, seated left on rock draped with lion skin, monogram and arrowhead in exergue. (SC Ad116 (same dies); HGC 6, 241b). Pleasing old collection tone. Some edge marks. Good Very Fine. Extremely Rare, only one other example recorded.
