Ionia, Klazomenai (c. 240‑225 BC) AR Tetradrachm, in the name and types of Alexander the Great, Philon, magistrate, 16.30g. Head of Herakles facing right, wearing a lionskin headdress. Rev. AΛEΞANΔPOY, Zeus seated left, holding eagle and sceptre, ΦΙΛΩΝ to left, forepart of a winged boar above. (Price 1743 var. (magistrate)). Very Fine. Rough surfaces removed. Unrecorded magistrate.
