Henry VIII (1509‑1547), Second Coinage, Groat 1526‑1544, Tower, mm. rose. Crowned bust right, rev. saltire stops, square‑topped shield over long cross fourchée, 2.73gm. (Laker bust D; North 1797; S 2337E). Good Very Fine and nicely patinated, a good example of this popular type.
