Harbour with five ships, view of the city and radiant sun in background, crowned coat of arms in exergue, NVMM COLL XXIV VIR CIV EMD. Rev, pair of hands emerging from clouds and holding sceptre, SALUS POPULI SUPREMA LEX ESTO [the well-being of the people is the highest law] above and below, all within palm wreath, crown above, legend reads CONCORDIA RES PARVAE CRESCVNT [small things grow through unity] (Knyphausen-6316). Virtually As Struck, re-toned but attractively so.
