Armoured King with upright sword on horseback right, date 1551 below, linear and beaded circles surrounding, legend surrounds EDWΛRD VI DG ΛGL FRANC Z HIBER REX. Rev, long cross fourchée over quartered shield of arms, reads POSVI DEVM Λ DIVTOR E MEV, 31.13gm (S. 2478; N. 1933). Good Very Fine, struck on a full flan and free from the usual stress marks.
