Crowned, facing bust, flat crown (1) with two plain arches, trefoil stops, trefoils on cusps, saltires by neck, rev. Long cross with trio of pellets in each quarter, mullet stops in outer legend and after TAS (Stewartby p.435; BNJ vol.30 pl.XX/1 this coin N.1704; S.2196). Small fissure on edge between 1 and 2 o'clock, otherwise Strong Very Fine and toned, very rare variety.
