Long cross with trio of pellets in each angle, saltire stop after POSVI, trefoil after DEVM (Potter and Winstanley die 2, reverse III‑see p.269; N 1703; S 2194). Clipped, otherwise Very Fine / about Very Fine, toned, a scarce obverse legend reading ‑ Potter and Winstanley only knew of 6 coins with the die 2 obverse and class III reverse. SCBI 23/126 has the same reverse as this coin.
