Cover pencils by Jack Kirby, inks by Frank Giacoia. 1st appearance of Mentallo and Fixer in "Operation: Brain Blast!". Story by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, pencils by Jack Kirby, and inks by Frank Giacoia. Supreme Hydra Arnold Brown cannot press the destruct button knowing his daughter would also perish. Unconvinced he is Supreme Hydra his guards execute him. Fury lets Agent G escape when she demonstrate Hydra's Vacuum-sole shoes. SHIELD's E.S.P.
