Story by Gardner Fox, pencils by Sheldon Moldoff (as Bob Kane), and inks by Joe Giella. After the Riddler breaks out of prison, he vows never again to send riddles to Batman again before he strikes. An actor announces on TV that he has solved a murder case and will announce who the killer is the next day.
