Cover art by Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko. 1st Spider-Man and Human Torch team-up in "On the Trail of the Amazing Spider-Man!". Story by Stan Lee, pencils by Jack Kirby and inks by Steve Ditko. Jealous of the press that Spider-Man is getting, the Human Torch has an opportunity to clash with the wall crawler when the villain known as the Fox frames Spider-Man for the theft of priceless art. The Torch works together with Spider-Man in capturing the Fox and turning him over to justice. This comic came out in July 1963, making it the 4th appearance of Spider-Man. The rest of the issue contains reprints. 76 pgs. Full colour. Cover price $0.25. Also, the 1st issue with the "Marvel Comics Group 25 cents" logo.
